2007: Named the John Mackey National Tight End of Week on Sept. 19 for 11 receptions for 177 yards and an 80-yard touchdown in Marshall's loss to New Hampshire. After three games, he has 19 catches for 272 yards and two touchdowns, an average of 14.3 yards per catch.
2006:Named to Freshman All-American team by Collegefootballnews.com, as well as Conference USA First Team (media) and honorable mention (coaches). He was unanimous choice for C-USA All-Freshman team with 43 catches for 684 yards and six touchdowns, leading all tight ends in the league in those categories. |
